Thank you for a PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay. The venue is excellent and exceptionally comfortable, its location is favourable, adjacent to beautiful Cala Literas cove as well as town center. The staff is very friendly and professional at all the levels. The rooms are brand-new and neat, have huge bathroom. Offers good service and tasty food. The pool is clean.

Really good food quality at the buffet meals.
Our experience was marred by uncomfortable beds, made it hard to get a good night's sleep, leaving us exhausted each day. The kids' club didn't seem to offer enough supervision or activities for the number of children, which left our kids feeling bored and unengaged. Lastly, finding suitable lounge chairs by the pool was a struggle because the area felt overcrowded despite the hotel's claims of spaciousness.

This is a family-friendly fairly clean hotel providing tidy and brand-new rooms. Great and amazing location for visiting Cala Ratjada, its near to a nice beach, town center, and Cala Ratjada.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely jacuzzi bath that added a nice touch. We enjoyed a beautiful sea view, and the room was generally clean, though a bit dated in some areas. The headboard was peeling, which could use some TLC, but it didn't ruin our stay. The beds were a bit hard-personal preference though. The terrace was great. It was a cozy stay overall!

The food was amazing, plenty of options at breakfast and dinner, and special shoutout to the chef for the grill! The bartenders were super fun and. My kids loved the pool.
